If you have completed you HSC textbook completely,I think you should refer to some other books to either practice more or to make your concepts more clear.Usually Physics is the most toughest subject,So only reading textbook wont be enough. But by reading only textbook surely you can score more

Yes Pranav you are eligible for both the entrance exams i.e. NEET and JIPMER. As these entrance exams require minimum obtained marks in 12th class about 50% in aggregate.
NEET requires min. 50% (for unreserved), 45% (for physically handicapped), and 40% (for reserved).
JIPMER requires min. 45% (for Gen-Oph) and
