the basic rule is to count best of 4 subject is , you need to add one language subject(english/hindi) and as you are from science back ground you can add any 3 subjects from your course like (mathematics, computer science, biology, statistics, physics, chemistry ...... etc)

Almost all the chapters from Physics are very important for NEET, as atleast one question will come from each chapter.
But the highest number of questions comes from Mechanics, Thermodynamics (from 11th) and the Electricity and Magnetism chapters (from 12th). Do these thoroughly.
