In NEET ,  electrostatic, current electricity, electromagnetism, optics and modern physics do carry the most weightage.

In chemistry, thermodynamics, coordination compounds, organic chemistry carries most weightage.

But revision of every topic is advised as trends do change.

Yes, of course. NITs are reputed institute with great teaching faculty and research opportunities. If it's your only choice, go for it. If however you have options to choose IITs (old ones) or IISc., I'd say choose those institutes. But if not, NIT Jamshedpur is a good option.

  By reading NCERT you can learn all concepts which are required for JEE. You have read them carefully in a practical way. By reading NCERT you can get more than 90 marks in chemistry , for  physics you read HC Verma in addition to NCERT .I think either one
