Hello Samuel,

To do graduation in IT, you have two options, either you leave your course in middle and start all over again as a first year in UG course of IT, or you can just finish up your B.Sc. in Physics and then go for another Undergraduate in IT

For the rank between 300-350 you have chance of 45-60% for iits,but you have a chance for nits for sure.your chances is strong if there number of seat are vacant in ratio of applicants.you have to check the cutoff list for iits in which you are looking for addmission.hope
