According to your rank, you can go for IIT and NIT for persue  MSc physics. Though du is also one of the best for pg in physics,but iit having it's own slandered,  you can easily get seat in any iit or nit by this rank.

If you are preparing for NEET the read the topics according to ncert. There is very rare chances that the questions came from out of ncert syllabus.

For admission in BSc Physics at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda - [MSU], Baroda, there are some minimum eligibility criteria which you should qualify.
The eligibility criteria say that

You should have a minimum 40% marks in your 10+2 or any relevant qualifying exam from a known board
