No there is no other entrance exam which is excepted by DTU for admissions. You need to appear in JEE Mains and qualify with a decent score and then apply in JAC councelling.

Yes mathematics is compulsory for B.sc Physics.
As per the eligibility criteria to be eligible to get admission in Jadavpur University for B.sc physics you need to have passed 12th in science stream with Chemistry+Mathematics+physics.
