Physiology
Hi
You need to choose the code 02.
This is because,
Though you are doing bsc cardiac care technology your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology /biotechnology remains 10 + 2 .
While, those who have passed 1st year of 3 year degree/graduation course with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
While getting admission,
You can submit T. C and migration of college from which you are doing your bsc because while taking admission in bsc you would have already submitted your 12tc and migration in college for admission in bsc , they don't return it to you as it has been already used for admission in their college, while you leave the college, they will issue the college T. C and migration which you can use during admission.

so it is quite difficult to predict the cutoff, however if your score is around 85+ percentage in 12th , you have decent chances for selection in the above mention college.

Though you are doing BSc hons with subjects mentioned by you your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2 .
While those who are doing bsc and have all the 3 i. e physics, chemistry and biology in bsc needs to choose code 5 and those who have completed bsc with at least any two out of physics, chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
Hello Aspirant,
As you don't have Physics and Chemistry in your B.Sc 1st year program so your highest qualification with PCB is class 12th so you should use code 02. And don't worry it won't create any problem for you as far as matter of TC and migration certificate, when you will leave the current college you will get back your TC and Migration certificate of your school from where you had passed your class 12th, so you can submit it in your new college.

Hello Student
If you wish to do achieve the degree of MBBS then you have to appear in the Neet exam after doing the BSc Honours physiology.other than if you wish to do higher degree like MSc and PhD in Physiology you can do the job of a professor or lecturer in the colleges..
Professionally MBBS degree is more returnable degree which can you give the position of practitioner as a registered doctor after doing PG courses in medical science you can achieve more honour and money e at the same time.
Now it is your decision what will be do.
Hope for the best.
