can i do physiology hounours with biology only??

Pankhuri Kumari 18th Jul, 2020
Hii!
If we look at the Eligibility criteria for BSc physiology Hons., It states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in science stream. So, you see, no particular Subjects are mentioned. Hence, you can apply for the course. But, you must remember that different Colleges have different admission procedures, may it be entrance exam, or merit based admission or interview based admission. So, you should look into it for the colleges you are interested in.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!

can i do bsc nursing and physiology honours together?

Sohamsengupta8 24th Jul, 2020

Hello student,

Actually the answer is yes or no both. Just because you can do you both together but it is completely depend upon your capacity e and willing to learn. If you can continue both BSc nursing and physiology honours together you make go for them. You can do your any of the subject from distance learning or from open University. But as both are are practical related subjects I think it will be a terrific situation for you. And another point is that you cannot show your both degree at the same time also.

Hope this will help you.

I want to be a demonstrator or tutor in physiology at your college.I have passed MD physiology from Bankura sammilani Medical College at 2016.Is there any scope for me!

Mibin Mathew Mammen 9th Jun, 2020

Dear Ramit,

Thank you for your query. You will not be able to get employment in my college as it does not have a course in Physiology. But you can try for being a tutor in Psychology. There is also a lot of scope for MD in Physiology as you can be a professor or a Physiologist. You can also be a researcher.

All the best

Awanya Dabas 5th Apr, 2020

Hey!

In general, according to the M.Sc. Biotechnology eligibility criteria the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Biological sciences, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, or any other related discipline.

Though the eligibility criteria for different institutes is different, but in general, you can not opt for M.Sc. Biotechnology after B.Sc. Physiology.
