Actually the answer is yes or no both. Just because you can do you both together but it is completely depend upon your capacity e and willing to learn. If you can continue both BSc nursing and physiology honours together you make go for them. You can do your any of the subject from distance learning or from open University. But as both are are practical related subjects I think it will be a terrific situation for you. And another point is that you cannot show your both degree at the same time also.

Thank you for your query. You will not be able to get employment in my college as it does not have a course in Physiology. But you can try for being a tutor in Psychology. There is also a lot of scope for MD in Physiology as you can be a professor or a Physiologist. You can also be a researcher.

In general, according to the M.Sc. Biotechnology eligibility criteria the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Biological sciences, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, or any other related discipline.
Though the eligibility criteria for different institutes is different, but in general, you can not opt for M.Sc. Biotechnology after B.Sc. Physiology.
