You should appear and pass the Common Entrance Test and then go for B.Sc in Physiotherapy.
To be ligible for taking this CET you should have PCB+English in 10+2 with 50% marks.
On the successful completion of MBBS Course only from AFMC the medical cadets join the Armed Forces Medical Services as Commissioned Officers in one of the three services, viz. Army, Navy and Air Force. You can check the further information with the given below link.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.

To become a physiotherapist you need to apply for BPT course .
Some states offer admission to BPT through neet score while some conduct University or state level exams for the same. Every college has a different admission criteria.

You need to clear NEET with suitable marks to get admission in Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) in a government college. Also, the eligibility criterion is clearing 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. NEET cutoff for government colleges is higher than private colleges.
