You need to appear for the BPT examination which is based on the Neet rank and the cutoff is definitely lower than the MBBS cut off and it somewhere around 250 to 300 to 720

2017 session is already over so I dont think there are admissions going on for the same but if you want to give a last try then you can contact the college authority to check whether they are providing seats now or not.

BSc in Physiotherapy is a different course with different approach than MBBS in physiotherapy
For MBBS there are competitive exams you will have to appear for and for Bsc course there can be an entrance or merit based admission.
MBBS is a proper in depth course with a doctorate degree
