Hi, unfortunately you can't get an admission in physiotherapy colleges without qualifying NEET according to the new rule that was passed in 2017.
But if you've qualified NEET and are looking for the lowest charging BPT college, then the answer is MAHARASHTRA UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES (MUHS), NASIK with a fee of only Rs.23,000/year.
It is followed by Seth GS physiotherapy college (Rs. 25,000/year).

The eligibility criteria for BPT is that the student must have completed their 10+2 with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum 50% marks, because these marks are taken into consideration for merit. Also, candidates have to pass the NEET exam.
