I hope you are doing good. The eligibility to join the BPT (Physiotherapy) course in Kerala is You should pass 12th with 50% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Along with this eligibility, Many Universities have there own entrance exam you should get required marks in that test

Yes, in order to get admission for para- medical courses( physiotherapy as you specified), you have to use your NEET UG scorecard. For physiotherapy, the lowest marks required are somewhat around 160-170 and the cutoff can go as high as 640-650 ( it depends on the college though).
