If you want to enter in the field of physiotherapy , there are three ways for doing so , a diplpma , a degree or a professional course of 4 years with six months of internship(BPT). And as my personal recommendation,BPT has maximum future scope.

Physiotherapy does not require NEET .

Colleges have their own entrance exam or they give admission on the basis of 12th marks 

But if you are trying to apply for best colleges your NEET score can be helpful

NEET in not mandatory for BPT

You have secured low marks and thus your chances of getting admission in Nargund college of Physiotherapy is negligible . With this marks you won't get any good college. You can try for Management quota seats as that is the only option you can do with such marks.
