No marks of neet are not considered in RK university for admission in physiotherapy course .
This university takes admission on the basis of its own CET (Common Entrance Test) and JIPMER All India Entrance Exam.

No.it is not necessary to give NEET exams if you want to go for BPT aftr 12th.NEET exam is for MBBS , BDS, BAMS,BUMS .

For BPT there are exams like common entrance test (CET) ,All India medical entrance examination (AIMEE) in order to get into bachelor's degree
