No.it is not necessary to give NEET exams if you want to go for BPT aftr 12th.NEET exam is for MBBS , BDS, BAMS,BUMS .
For BPT there are exams like common entrance test (CET) ,All India medical entrance examination (AIMEE) in order to get into bachelor's degree

Well for physiotherapy the cut off will be obviously low as compared to other courses like medical and dental ones.
For a safe side try to score above 400+ for a safe chance at getting a seat in the counseling.

No, there are no such colleges under Mumbai University that allow admission without the NEET score. To get into any college for physiotherapy, NEET score is mandatory. You'll need atleast 420 to get in any government college for physiotherapy in Mumbai if you belong to the unreserved category.
