Dear Afshaan, NEET is an entrance examination for admission into Meducal, Dental and Ayush colleges across India. NEET doesn't apply for admission into Physiotherapy colleges in Telangana. For admission into BPT colleges, few colleges have their own entrance tests while other give admissions based on the merit list. 

using the prefix Dr. infront of the name of a bachelor of physiotherapy is to confuse the layman public and exploit. you may call yourself physiotherapist not a physician. if it is the given rights to prescribe medicine is considered to be as a doctor, then a pharmacist is also

Both courses are good and you can choose any of the above course. But you should choose as per your interest and preferences. Which course you find more interesting you should go for that subject. Both courses have great future, decied wisely.
