To appear for NEET 2019, you need to qualify Eligibility Criteria of NEET-
Qualifying Exam- 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects (Biology/Biotechnology as additional subjects will be considered) in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
Qualifying Marks- UR - 50%,
Yes, NIOS students can apply for the programme. As per the eligibility you should have minimum 50% in your 12th board exams with Physics, Maths, Biology and Chemistry as compulsory subjects. You can check the further information with the given below link.
