No there is no need of any exam to take admission in BPT, NEET exam only requires for MBBS and BDS admission.
ForBPT admissions colleges conduct their own entrance test, or sometimes they gives you admission according to your 12′th percentage.

Candidates over 17 years of age are eligible to apply. The candidate must have passed 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th Grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Hi,
If you are good in Physics and have interest in that then go for EC or EE and or else you can go for IT. Anyways after second year of engineering, maths won't be there so select your branch according to your interest.
