Will there be a high pay for a pilot who did bachelors degree in aviation?

You can expect a very good starting salary package in bachelor's degree in aviation. The starting salary package ranges from 3.5 lakh per annum to 5 lakh per annum. The salary package can reach up to 10 lakh per annum. You can apply for jobs in various companies such as Indigo, SpiceJet and Kingfisher. You can also do higher degree courses after completing your bachelor degree for making your future more brighter and with good salary packages of up to 20 lacs per annum.

Hope you are doing absolutely great.

So with regard to your query, YES it is possible to do Aviation jobs such as Pilots etc.,. after completion of graduation courses, all you need to do is to apply for any aviation schools across India, and meet their eligibility criteria.

Generally the eligibility criteria to join aviation will be to  score 50% of marks in intermediate that too with mathematics as a subject. Further an aptitude test for the Pilots will be held accordingly, and after qualifying the exam, you will be able to get admission in the college, and finally you will be able to do the course. Also, some instituted might also consider the JEE Mains exam merit score.

Hi,

As you told, you are not eligible to become a pilot from Biotechnology background because for this it is necessary to have Physics, Chemistry and Maths in 10+2.

Hi Aspirant,

Yes there is a height requirement to become a pilot in India.
For commercial pilot the minimum height required for males is 162.4 cms with correlated weight, and for women is 148cms with correlated weight.

For Air Force the minimum acceptable height for men and women candidates is 162.5cms, Leg length min-98cms, Max - 120cms, Thigh length Max- 64cms, sitting length min - 81.5cms, max - 96cms.

Good Morning Aspirant!

Hope you are doing good. Becoming Commercial pilot is very good decision it requires a lot of hard work, You need a Commercial Pilot Licence from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) under the government of India to qualify as a Commercial Pilot. Getting this licence involves a lot of hard work and training.

YES, you can become a pilot if you are having Mathematics, physics, and Chemistry subjects in your class 12th and if you will pass in all these 3 subjects with good score. The entrance exam that you need to give is NDA or any other entrance exams depending upon your needs.

what is the minimum percentage required in b tech for indigo pilot cadet program

Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you want to take admissions in indigo pilot cadet program one's age should be in between 18 to 32 years and should have fluent in english, Indian DGCA class 1 medical certificate  and minimum of 51% in class 12th individually in physics, maths, english, etc.

It is compulsory that the candidate should have Maths and Physics in their 10+2 level with a minimum score of 50% marks. Candidates who have not done their 10+2 level with  Maths and Physics can do it in open schooling to be eligible for becoming a pilot. Basic Requirements for candidates to become a pilot in india that he must be a Citizen of India and his Age should not be less than 17 years of age at the time he will join and he should be fluent in English.with the Educational Requirements for pilot is to Passed 10+2 with Physics and Maths as a compulsory subject or there is a rule If you belong to Commerce/Arts stream then you should pass your 10+2 plus you should pass Physics and Maths subject from an open university.

DGCA the authorised organisation to conduct pilot training exams in India, is strict in maintaining quality of cadets and so exams are made a little tough to crack but if you prepare for it with your full dedication you are able to crack it.
