I would say VIIT would be good as it is one of the autonomous colleges and is rising up the rank pretty fast. But I would suggest you to take a decision of your own. Try to check every college campus and ask the respective students for their opinion as well.

Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. Institute accepts valid scores of MHT-CET & Jee main entrance exam for various courses. Also, they have not mentioned any date for offline application form so it would be better to visit the campus directly if you want or you can also contact them.
