Shri ramdeobaba college of engineering and management nagpur ,Pimpri Chinchwad college of engineering pune and Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering Nagpur . Which one is best for CS/IT

Debdeep Pramanik 19th Dec, 2020

As per the facilities and infrastructure of Shri ramdeobaba college of engineering and management nagpur is allover excellent. There are all the facilities available like sports, games. As per all laboratory and all facilities that a student need, college provides everything. There are a Wi-Fi facility and labs, and the classrooms are well-equipped. In term of that Pimpri Chinchwad college of engineering is almost comparable with previous one. Almost all facilities are available here also. So in term of infrastructure, facilities and all both are good.

The difference made here. This year (2020) ,SRCOEM stood 1st in the category of private colleges in Maharashtra, in top 10 including IITs and NITs. 11th in India among all the private colleges , now going to compete with other prestigious private colleges like BITS , VIT, etc. As per that Pimpri does not have any special mention. Compared to placement SRCOEM gives somehow better Placement, though Pccoe is one best college than Romdeobaba in term of Placement. Average package offered in both of the institutes are almost same.

Now choose accordingly considering all the points. Hope it would be helpful.

my daughters percentile for MHT CET is 94.55, and do the engineering in CS /IT, which college i get. Whetherbi get admission in PCCOE?

S. Saha Student Expert 8th Dec, 2020
With 94.55 percentile marks in MHTCET, you can secure a general rank within the range of 8000 to 13000. But this is your expected rank and can differ from actual one. Going by last year's cutoffs and considering you as a general category candidate, you can expect Electronics and Communications Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering in Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering. You can expect IT in KJ Somaiya, Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, KK Wagh etc Computer Engineering in Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Universal College of Engineering, Singhad College of Engineering, DY Patil College of Engineering etc. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change. Which is best VIT pune or PCCOE ?

ginnisachdeva02_9364270 Student Expert 7th Dec, 2020

Hey!

VIT is well known for its facilities and placement records. also Vit is autonomous so it has right to change or compile the syllabus on the basis of requirement. Vit pune offfers a lot of good facilities over Pimpri college of engineering and also it is in more demand than PCCOE. Faculty members are quite masters in their subjects and are also very supportive. So, you must refer this college.

Thankyou
