If we talk from placement point of view, nit Warangal mechanical has better placements than iit Gandhinagar mechanical. Going to iit Gandhinagar will give you a iitian tag but certainly nit Warangal mechanical is a better option.

IIITs are much better than VIT. VIT is an average Institute with good students having average and sometimes below par faculties(exception are everywhere).
