Placements
Hi Arpit,
National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore is India's first law university and is one of the premier institutes in the country for law studies. Placements as you know, are quite good in the college. Regarding your query about why B.A LLB students are placed with better packages than LLM students, it can be due to a wide variety of reasons. Placements usually don't depend on your marks or the course you are pursuing. Though there may be some internal CGPA cutoff, chances of placement mainly depends on your skills, your knowledge, communication and attitude. It may be that the undergraduate students were more skilled and enthusiastic than the LLM students, that's why they are preferred and paid more. Also, the companies which hire at looking for corporate lawyers, so they will prefer the undergrads. Working in corporates can be highly pressurizing and they may have more workload.
The LLM graduates may not be interested to work in corporate firms. They may be much more skilled and knowledgable than the undergraduates, and hence they would opt to prepare for other competitive exams to get into the judiciary. They may even prefer to work as a litigation lawyer for a private firm or may even set up their own law firm. So there are many reasons for this disparity in placement packages. Ultimately, it will depend on you as an individual, your skills and how you present yourself during the campus placement.
Hope it helps. All the best!
Hey
BA economics honours is a very popular and most sought after course of Delhi University. The cutoff of the course remains high every year.
The placements after pursuing this course is quite good here. The top colleges of Delhi University have seen quite good placements of students who pursued this course.
The placement also depends upon the college where you studied, your work experience, your skills and your achievements.
Average package is about 7 lpa.
Highest package noted was around 30 - 31 lpa.
Thanks
I would suggest you preferring Production/Industrial Technology at any of the top 10 NITs above Mechanical Engineering at IIIT Jabalpur.
Production Engineering is one of the most structured and student oriented branches. It has courses ranging from Operations Research, Optimization and Analytics, to core courses including TQM, Six Sigma and Production Control. You will have the rare opportunity of experiencing certain critical courses which are again taught during an MBA, hence you get an slight insight of an MBA School.Production Engineering is one of the branches where yoi have the flexibility to develop interest in whichever field you like. You might become an Operations Manager at a Top FMCG like P&G or Unilever, you might become a Business Analyst at MuSigma or Flipkart or you might be a Software Developer at Amazon. Its curriculum basically gives you enough time to practice and learn new skills and technologies. Most of the companies recruiting Mechanical Engineers also open for Production Engineers at Top NITs.
Companies like Tata Motors, Vedanta, Optum, ITC, HUL and Schlumberger specifically open for Production Engineers.
All the Best.
I will suggest you selecting BioTech at DTU over HBTI Kanpur Polymer. DTU has excellent faculty, research facilities and infrastructure. BioTech is not that bad a branch. You have lot of opportunities in researcg and development in Bioengineering if you plan to pursue a Masters or Doctoral degree later on in future.
As far as the Non Core/Coding/Finance sector is concerned, you can definitely sit for them and crack them, provided you have excellent skills and determination to compete with your peers in other branches. DTU being located near IT Hubs at Noida and Gurgaon further provides the impetus for prospects in training and placement. Most of the MnCs and IT Companies recruit from DTU.
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
Both colleges are good , you can go either way .
IIIT Lucknow has got a better placements and coding culture , great location ,better syllabus which is more focussed on CS and IT and carries a better tag with it but IIEST is quiet old and established and has a better infra and all as of now . So you can decide according to your priorities. Both are comparable in CS / IT so decide on your priorities but for any other branch prefer IIIT Lucknow .

Dear Aspirants ,
Placements are offered to the deserving candidates through their respective Constituent, Affiliated and Stand-alone colleges. It performs various activities such as job fairs, pre-placement talks, seminars, and expert talks to acquaint the students with the process as well as the company’s profile. The University has also collaborated with a number of organizations to help the students in a better way. To look at the placement statistics of the year 2017-18, a total of 430 students were placed with various reputed companies. Out of this, 330 students were from undergraduate programs. But one is good news mostly 70-75% are IT companies are visited every year and they are hiring in bulk amount .Compering to other branch CSE and IT holding the highest placements records .So it is good sign for the Btech cse aspirants .
Hope it will helpful

Hello himanshu,
Hope you're doing well.
I think NIT Allahabad will be a better option for btech in Electrical engineering .as, recent studies show that median salary at nit allahabad is around 8 lakhs pa as compared to nit Rourkela (6.5 lpa). Also, according to student reviews, 4.5 rating has been given to NIT allahabad and 4.2 to NIT Rourkela.

Hello student. Even though amritha has three branches namely coimbatore, kerala and bangalore, coimbatore stands on the top. In all the aspects it is a wonderful college to persue degree.
Infrastructure and college life:
It has a wonderful infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice enviroment is always maintained. YOu can see that the campus life is going to be really well
Faculty and quality of education:
All the faculties are well qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowlege than just the theory.
Placements:
A pretty decent placements for especially cse branch students. The highest package is around 9 to 10 lpa where as an average package goes till 5-6 lpa.
So this is the best out of three.
