There is no official news about anything like this. 144 has been imposed in many parts of the country but there is nothing like Bharat bandh yet.

i am doing my+2 and the form is asking to fill the columb of the final marks .........now this is the problem ...????

you will see that there is an option where it states that you are appearing for your class 12th examination this time which is meant for the fresh candidates who are giving the neet exam along with appearing for their boards on the same year
so you need to select that option and not fill up your marks as is the case for those who have given their votes on some previous year and is now giving the exam later
