Which university's papers do you need?

Some good ones in India would be Delhi University (DU), Calcutta University or Jadavpur University. Jadavpur has an exclusive Pol. Sc program called International Relations.

Depending on the university, you may get papers on their website/local shops/from alumni.

So this year one can expect 200-250 ranks, however, these ranks highly fluctuate based upon the no. Of students applying for the course and how tough was the exam.
