It depends on which course and college you are in. Usually, all arts subjects are hard to score marks in especially languages. For history, pol science etc read the prescribed textbook very well and remember dates. That can fetch good marks.

You can check in bihar - jharkhand may be. But it is not hard to learn english.

MA Political Science & MA Politics both are the different courses. The syllabus of the programmes varies college to college. Please explain about which college you want to know about.
