In the same time you can't go with the 2 degree once you complete the ma political science then apply and go for the masters in tourism ..

It does not matter of the college, as you are lucky to get DELHI UNIVERSITY , but then also you want choice then i would suggest SHAHEED BHAGAT SINGH COLLEGE as it is top college then MATASUNDRI COLLEGE.
