I want to opt for BA political Science hons which is a better college and option DCAC or Shaheed Bhagat Singh College? and If I get Dyal Singh later on is that better?

Aditi Yadav 19th Aug, 2021
Hey there!

For BA hons. Political Science, colleges like Lady Shree Ram College, Hansraj College, Miranda House and Hindu College are much famous and better than Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi College of Arts and Commerce and Dyal Singh Commerce.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Dyal Singh College and Delhi College of Arts and Commerce are more famous for their Commerce courses.

Dyal Singh College has better NIRF ranking than Shaheed Bhagal Singh College and Delhi College of Arts and Commerce but Shaheed Bhagat Singh College has extremely nice faculty in every course.

Not just that, it has better teaching staff and hands down the extra curricular activities are much better here in comparison to Dyal Singh College and Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.

I would recommend you to go for Shaheed Bhagat Singh College as student often prefer this college over Dyal Singh and DCAC.

Please go through the below mentioned links. This would help you in making a better choice as the decision is in your hands.

Yes, you can apply for both exam(Integrated MA Political Science and MA History) and give both entrance exam. It doesn't matter that the both entrance exams are on the same day, the time will be different.

can I get 1 year diploma in sanitary inspector course in regular mode and ba political science in 1 year external mode and last 2 year in regular mode at the same time

medsra159 2nd Jul, 2021

Dear leaner,

Yes you can do at regular for diploma in sanitary inspector also you can get it from distance as it's duration is 1 year and eligibility is 12 th and any graduate from any stream can take it .

Where as ba political science it is a graduation course which is 3 years of education in particular subject.some colleges provide it online .

Piece of advice , you cannot place leg  in two boats at same time, therefore you'll fall. It's ok if you take both as serious ,but every graduation college ask you certificates before getting admission. If you spare your certificate already in diploma you can't maybe so careful while taking admission.

All the best.

Shalini Parimal 11th Aug, 2021

Hi Aspirant,

The scenario that you have mentioned could have happened in only one case which is that you would have given wrong contact details while filling out the form. Now you can contact the helpdesk of JMI to solve your problem. Also before doing that first check whether you have filled all the other details properly or not.

All the best!!!
