Both the colleges are good for these subject.
Raniganj Girls' College : This is affiliated to Kaji Nazrul University. The fees for first year is 1,900. There are 40 seats available for this course. Faculties are very good and student friendly here.
Raj College: This is affiliated to Burdwan University. The fees for this course is 12,530 (three years). There are 45 seats available for this course. TThe well educated faculties are very much helpful for the students.
Now you choose what is best for you due to financial issues and distance from your house and others too.

the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the UGC NET exam is candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 55 percent marks in master's degree or equivalent from any recognized university in subjects like computer science and application , humanities , social sciences , electronics science etc .
as you are holding a bachelors degree then you are not eligible.
