well it depends on the colleges you are looking for to get admission in because every college do have their own fee structure of the courses but one thing of which i can make you clear is government college do not charge much fees but private institute do , so its obvious if you are going to take admission in private college then get ready to pay a huge amount of money.
however the average fees for this course is between Rs 5,000 to 80,000 .

Yes ,you can do integrated BA political science hons with Bed but you have to fulfil minimum qualification like pass with 50 percentage aggregate marks but it will vary as per college you wants to take admission .

The only eligibility criteria for this course is that the students have cleared their senior secondary examination with at least 50% marks from a recognized board .
You can do both BA Political Science Hons as well as B.ed in UG . You can just chose either of them as distance learning .

Preparing for civils really requires a lot of time and efforts. So we can go for BA general course because in BA honours course you really need to study a lot. But if you can manage you can do BA hons too. It's completely up to you. Do whatever you are comfortable with .
Regarding the courses both courses are good. You can take either of them. Both courses on Political science and History are interesting and many career opportunities. So do whatever suits you.
