Due to Covid 19 pandemic, All ug and PG exams 2020 are postponed. Most probably 4th semester , Master of Science ( all streams) will be conducted in July or August. Exact dates are not released. Time table will be updated in first week of july

There is no such particular examination for ba political science. The main category is to having 50% marks with arts in your 12th from a recongnized board.
Then you must choose your preferred colleges to apply for them.
But as per the government criterias of you scored 75% or more than it in your final board exams then you have the opportunities to apply for some government and private scholarships.
So hope for the best.

Preparing for civils really requires a lot of time and efforts. So we can go for BA general course because in BA honours course you really need to study a lot. But if you can manage you can do BA hons too. It's completely up to you. Do whatever you are comfortable with .
Regarding the courses both courses are good. You can take either of them. Both courses on Political science and History are interesting and many career opportunities. So do whatever suits you.

There are a number of courses after your 12th arts but which course will be good for you and you should go for depends upon following factors
For example, if you want to be a journalist , then you will have to do bachelors in journalism .
After 12th from arts stream you can go for following courses :-
BA in Humanities & Social Sciences like you can go for following specialisations or honours :-
So , take your time and depending upon aforesaid factors choose a degree course for yourself

We do have the Information Brochure for the Academic year 2019-20 and you can check that at: https://www.dei.ac.in/dei/admission/files/admission2019/Syllabus%20Test-2019-20%20(FINAL).pdf . The test paper will have questions on 16 subjects besides one compulsory section on GK and Current Affairs. If you select BA Political Science, you will have to answer questions of any four subjects including Compulsory section of GK and Current Affairs. You can check the syllabus for the same in the link given in this answer. It is an 88 page pdf and hence helping you with the link. For current affairs, you may have to go back atleast by 1 year and study about New Appointments, Awards, International and National happenings of Importance, Sports, etc.

see b.ed in political science is 2 years certification course in political science, eligibility criteria for b.ed in political science is candidates must completed graduation (B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com.),or other relevant degree course from a recognized university. Need to secure a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) at the level of graduation. marks criteria may differ college to college.
