Yes ,you can do integrated BA political science hons with Bed but you have to fulfil minimum qualification like pass with 50 percentage  aggregate marks but it will vary as per college you wants to take admission .

The only eligibility criteria for this course is that the students have cleared their senior secondary examination with at least 50% marks from a recognized board .

You can do both BA Political Science Hons as well as B.ed  in UG . You can just chose either of them
