POLYCET is an entrance exam for admission to Diploma in Engineering courses in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and the eligibility for that is a candidate must have passed class 10 with Mathematics as one of the subjects an must have scored overall 35% marks. The eligibility criteria for EAMCET is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with 45% aggregate or 40% aggregate if they belong to SC/ST category. Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana are also be eligible to appear for EAMCET.
So, if you have passed Diploma in Engineering you can appear if you fulfill the above mentioned eligibility criteria but you will get admission in 1st year B.tech.

Yes obviously if you you didn't get any seat in polyCet or polytechnic common entrance test then also you can have the chance to do agricultural course. Because those are completely different courses with different admission test. My advice is that you should apply for the ICAR ug agricultural examination. Hope this will help you.
