Yes lateral entry in B.Tech after doing your diploma degree in Automobile is available. You can search for such college where the Automobilie engineerng have been taught.

As the session is already over but generally if you belong to other state then admission would be based on Jee main score and as per your above mentioned marks chances should be less to get seat there.
