You can join mechanical, civil.although every field of engineering have maths tricks that you usually use in everyday work.but it's not too difficult to be solved.
But in my opinion other streams have scope too.it is not compulsory that you should do b.tech.

Considering you will get 296/300 in boards, you must score 168 marks or above in order to get a seat in RVCE. If you get these set
