          If you have attested OBC NCL certificate of your state only attested by tehsildar then you can get admission in the university. You should apply counselling in OBC NCL category.

There is no specific cut off percentage for PU. Admission is based on merit in 12th exam. If there are more meritorous student than you they will be prefered first.
