Punjab University conducts the entrance test for the admission in bachelor's degree, the admission in pu is not based on the merit secured in the boards examination. So your admission depends upon the cut off marks of the entrance exam , if you meet the cut off of entrance then you will surely see your name in the merit list.

• For best preparation you must have to understand about how to manage your time so that you can focus on each and every subject equally. For this you must have to make a schedule to prepare for the exam by giving equal amount of time to each subject.
• You must have to make your own personal notes during preparation time as this will help you to clear all the important and difficult concepts of the subjects concerned.
• You must have to study from the recognized and good material i.e.,  books, question papers, online study material etc., You should must purchase the books under the guidance of experts.
• After final preparation, you must have to practice for the exam by giving series of mock test online or by picking previous year's question papers which will help you to understand about the exam pattern and manage your time to complete your exam in an adequate time.

There are two cases,

If you have done your masters or postgradaute from Panjab University(PU) or any college affiliated with PU, then you must be have that PUPIN and you can fill it during the time of your admission.

In other case, if you are a fresher and just completed your school or have never been associated with PU then you can leave that column blank.

I heard about that my senior has changed her degree in Pondicherry university. So there are possibilities present to change the degree. But if you are getting any scholarship or stipend for the older course, that will be terminated. So think well and change.

yes there is good placement in pondicherry University. There are many off campus or on site interviews which is a bit challenging but if you qualify you will get a good amount of salary.

It's duty of college to bring oppurtunities but it duty of students to be enough competent. To do that they have to be realistic and work which will help the society or will help some thing to grow.

There are many domains which comes under food technology and many advancement is done and yet to be done for which there is high need to creative minds which will work for advance yet cost efficient techniques.

This is what they look for. If you have it then you arer open to many companies in private and public sector.
