My rank in Pu ballb list is 283 what are my chances ?

Hey.
Considering your rank in the combined merit list for admission in BA LLB course is 283, your chances for UILS in the first counselling itself is a little less. You will have better chances in the subsequent counsellings for UILS. There are usually around 7-10 rounds based on number of vacancies and more.
There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
And with your rank and marks in boards your chances seem good for the regional centres in the first round. And slightly less chances for Chandigarh in the first counselling. Try in the next ones if you don't get in first.

If I get admission in Pu uils Chandigarh....will I get hostel too??

Hey Neha.
If you get admission in UILS, Panjab University Chandigarh, then afterwards you will be alloted the hostels based on your ranks. There are limited seats for hostels. So a list will be prepared based on your merit/rank, category wise out of those people who apply for hostels and you will be alloted hostels according to your ranks only. Many people don't get hostels in the counselling itself but later on there are vacancies and hostels are alloted to them in the later years based on a waiting list prepared based on marks in the 1st year and so on. In case you don't get hostels in the counselling, you can try for Pgs or other such facilities. And you might get hostels in the later years based on merit (semester results)

In pu bcom+llb tantative merit list my rank is 1460..can i get admission in uils Chandigarh

Hey.
Considering your rank in the combined merit list is around 1460 for BCOM LLB, you seem to have no chances for admission in UILS Chandigarh if your belong to the general category.
There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
And with your rank you have no chances for Chandigarh. Chances for regional centres are also less.

Documents required for PU LLB 2019 Counselling are :

10th and 12th marksheets of qualifying degree
Admit card of PU LLB 2019
Date of birth proof
Certificate of graduation and post graduation degree
Character Certificate from (qualifying institute)
Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)
Reserve Category certificates (if applicable)
Income Certificate to avail merit-cum-means freeship
Additional weightage certificate if applicable
Gradation certificate issued by Sports Department of Panjab University if applying under Sports Reservation
Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh

Hello ,
First of all i would like to bring this to your notice that in 2018 for pu ba llb for general candidates, rank upto 360 was admitted in the chandigarh campus. All the person having defence quota coming under this rank were admitted in the chandigarh campus irrespective of their defence rank.
For this year it would be difficult to put forward any specific prediction.
The cutoff varies according to the following factors.
Number of candidates who appeared for the exam.

Number of seats available
Number of qualifying candidaates
Cutoff of previous year.
