For master degree in biotechnology definitely chandigarh university will be better option . It will provide you better infrastructure then other two college mentioned here. Even academics of this college is too good and you will be under some great professor who will help you to sharpen your mind.

You should obviously go for a councelling with all your documents. May be happen you got admission in councelling.
