Admission in pu is also depends upon your category ...here i'm assuming you as general category...

Its good that you are preparing for UPSC examination. As exam application form are already filled in feb. month 2019. UPSC commencement on exam will be on 2nd of june 2019.

The syllabus for PU BA LLb entrance exam includes four sections. The four sections are as given below-
1. English 10 marks and 10 Questions
2. General Knowledge & Current affairs 60 marks and 60 Questions
3. Legal Aptitude 20 marks and 20 Questions
4. Mental ability 10 marks

Usually, unless there is any controversy, college does not bother verifying information for each and every student. So by all probability, your college will not phone up your PU to verify the information given in the transfer certificate.
