According to the previous years cut off for B.A. in PU, it is 15% of the total marks for unreserved category.

For SC /ST /PWD /BC category, it is 10% of the total marks.

The approx. cut off marks for B.A. were around 70 in the previous

According to the official notification of NEET UG, the candidate must have passed the class 12th exam with minimum of 50% aggregate in physics,chemiatry, and biology for general category candidates and 40% aggregate in physics , chemistry and biology for reserved category candidates.

Here the tags you have given for PU are different but in which PU you got 65% you haven't specified.

For JEE main yes you can take an admission in Government college in your domicile. you may get state quota or any other reservation to get an admission there.
