Assumimg you are a general category student, I am very sorry to say that you have a very less chance to get a seat in the Punjab University. But, don't lose your hope.Keep trying, there are many private colleges out there which will provide admission for you.

Assuming you are a general category student,I am sorry to inform that, you might not get the admission in the Punjab University with your percentile in the PUCET based of the cutoff. Since, you have an A certificate in NCC, this might addup as your benift to fetch

Hey Shayna,
You can get admission in BA course directly in DAV College as BA is  non centralized, it means college sets its own criteria and cut off whereas, courses like B.Sc, Bcom, BBA, BCA,etc. are Centralized and which makes it difficult to get admission as generally the cut off
