Yes , there is a sentence exam for all M.A courses .

As per the eligibility you should have at least 50% of marks and 55% of marks in main subjects ( 55% in your English subjects in your U.G program)

The admission to 15% quota seats is through AIPVT counseling on the basis of NEET score. 

Rest of seats admission will be through state level entrance exam. It would be tough to tell you the exact cutoff as officially it is not available.

KCET cutoff changes every year and is different for different colleges and different categories of students.
