KCET cutoff changes every year and is different for different colleges and different categories of students.

Dear Suhas, if your B. Sc degree has atleast 2 subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, then you are eligible to attempt NEET. Then your qualification code will be 05.
