it’s definitely a new University and its a State Private University. However, if your getting in through CET, the fee is lower.

it is a normally good university if you are not making into IISc/IIT/NIT/IIIT.

As both the universities are good. But,from the education point of veiw GITAM University is far better than Presidency university.Since,Bangalore is newly established it is equiped with great infrastructure. Being in Bangalore the technological hub, I guess campus placements shouldn’t be a problem.
