Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, etc. Highest package offered is 40lakhs per annum Lakhs per annum and average package offered is around 8 lakhs per annum. They have good infrastructure and good, helpful teaching faculties.

Presidency University have good overall ratings But not better than MS Ramaiah institute of technology. They have decent placement record but inconsistent record, average placement record is around 60%. Top recruiting companies are Byjus, KPMG, Tech Mahindra etc. Highest package offered  are in the range 1.5-10lakhs per annum. They have beautiful infrastructure and good teaching faculties.

I would suggest you to go with ms Ramaiah institute of technology. They are better in many perspectives than in presidency University.

As per placements and company visiting this campus you can go for computer science and information technology branch both the brancheses are good with better placements and facilities, also the infrastructure of the college is also good.

there is no updated official information about the fees in presidency university bangalore. but there are some websites, which take survey and give us results. according to most common fees of them, it is 5 lakhs in total. the course is for 2 years and the 5 lakhs is for 2 years and it includes all essential fees for the university.

Bharat University is quite better compared to Presidency university because Average package offered is 6.80 Lakhs for Bharat University . Let see some differences between colleges .

1. Both are Private and UGC Approval university .
2. Bharat University offer more courses .
3. NIRF Rankings also good for Bharat University .
4. Facilities also good at Bharat university .

It's okay to not score well there's still a lot of good options. Answering your first question, yes Computer Science and Engineering is a good branch with great scope but only choose that if you are genuinely interested. Secondly, yes presidency university is a good college but your choices should be dependent on what other colleges are available to you. For instance, if you get to choose between presidency college and Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering I'd recommend the latter.

In CSE branch you will create machines based on this , learn new languages and then work on them whereas in CST which is sort of technical experts you are required to look at technical difficulty or errors in software or programme. Placements are quite same for both these branches. IT companies hire both CSE and CST. The former is hired by companies which create software and enhance in development of apps and software while CST are hired by many major companies as technicians. First of all CSE as the name suggests is related to software , language , apps right.

In this branch you are required to create something out of nothing like a system or apps etc

Whereas in CST you are a technical experts which are required to find errors and difficulties in the softwares created by the engineers .

Jobs options in CSE are limited but as a technical experts you have plethora of options to choose from .

They are not the same person but you will be hired by software companies in both options
