Is it important to get the signature of principal or Gazetted officers in the final copy of application form for Kcet?? Is it necessary to show at the time of examination?? or later on

Subhalaxmi Biswal 13th Jun, 2022

Yes, a sign of a gazetted officer in the photocopies of your required documents is required for KCET. You have to show the documents during admission. It is a mandatory failing of which you will not be able to take admission. You can sign them from the BEO or DDPI office or a continual educator of a govt college, a principal of any govt school having at least up to class 10, the principal of any degree institute, registrar and vice Chancellor of universities. Any  Grade-A official like SDM, DM/DC, ETO, Tehsildar, DSP, SP etc, any govt clinic M.D, any govt veterinary medic, an MLA or an MP can sign your papers. Remember, to take the original documents with you when to visit one of these officials.

define wave front using hygens principal

pri111nah 11th May, 2022

Hi,

A wavefront is defined as the continuous locus of all the particles which are vibrating in the same phase. The perpendicular line drawn at any point on the wavefront represents the direction of propagation of the wave at that point.

Verification of Laws of Reflection using Huygen's Principle

AB is the wavefront incident on a reflecting surface XY with an angle of incidence i as shown in figure. According to Huygen’s principle, every point on AB acts as a source of secondary wavelets. At first, wave incidents at point A and then to points C, D and E. They form a sphere of radii AA1, CC1 and DD1 as shown in figure.

A1E represents the tangential envelope of the secondary wavelet in forward direction.

In ΔABE and ΔAA1E,
∠ABE = ∠AA1E = 90°
Side AE = Side AE
AA1 = BE = distance travelled by wave in same time
So, these triangles are congruent.
So, ∠BAE = i and ∠BEA =r
Thus, i = r

Hence, angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection. This is the first law of reflection.

Since, the incident wavefront AB, normal and reflected wavefront A1E lies in same plane, it verifies the second law of reflection.
In this way, laws of reflection is verified by Huygens’s principle.

The width of the central maximum is given by d2Dλ where d is the slit width. On doubling the width of the slit, the size of diffraction band reduces to half value. When the width of central maxima is reduced to half, area of central diffraction band will become one fourth. And hence the intensity will become four times.

It is so because wave diffracted from the edge of the circular obstacle interfere to form constructive interference at the centre of the obstacle.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Yes, the hall ticket must have the signature of the principal of the institute and the stamp. Without the sign and stamp the hall ticket will be invalid and you may not be allowed to sit in the examination hall to take the exam. If it is not yet signed then you have to get it signed and stamped well in advance to the examination.

Hello aspirant,

Yes, if you have mistakenly uploaded the half part of your class 10th marksheet, then it will create some issue while registration in your NEET Application form.

But you do not need to worry about that. This is because you can make corrections in your NEET application form when the NEET Correction window will open. YOu can re-upload a fresh and proper Class 10th marksheet during the NEET correction window, so that your application form will be accepted.

It is necessary to have principal signature and stamp on hall ticket (Intermediate student from TS)

Sharon Rose Student Expert 4th May, 2022

Hello,

Yes, the hall ticket must be duly signed by the principal of the institute and get it stamped. Usually before issuing hall ticket the institute management get it signed by the principal and stamped and issue it  to the students. If it is not done by the institute then you have to collect your hall ticket and get it stamped and signed by the principal. This should be done well in advance before intermediate exam commences.
