Hostel facility is available from the college. But it is not in the college campus. It is around 2km from the college and there will be college bus facility from hostel to college. Boys and girls hostels are separate in different places. Food is good in the hostel.

You have not mentioned which college it is so speaking about the rule without knowing the name is difficult but from my experience I must say that there was no such rule which required income certificate. And I actually appeared for counselling for myself in more than one colleges

The new medical policy intends to introduce a bond system to the colleges funded by them only.It means public colleges are to have a fee hike of 10 lakhs from the previous 50,000 per year.Private colleges are not yet included in this policy.
