Yes you can get a private college for physiotherapy as this year the cutt off for reserved category has cut off of 40th percentile which is 120-100 cut off and the general category has 50th percentile which is 710-140 expected cut off

so as far as your field of MBBS goes, in the long run (after graduation) opportunities are the same as is the reputation unless you are an AIIMS graduate. So I'd advise you to go for the college which has better faculty and better opportunities to develop your skills
