Will there be a difference afterwards if I pursue BDS from Private College?

Whether you do BDS from government or private clg the scope is same. You can do post graduation and be professor or open your clinic.
Government college advantages are, you will get paid internships and most of the patients to take care of.
You can always do MDS after BDS because the earnings will be less upto 20k. And MDS has a better pay.
