The cutoff changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of the examination, the number of candidates appearing in the examination, the category of the candidates etcetra.

ITIs are the diploma institutes which provide diplomas in the various engineering streams  like electrical, mechanical, etc.

To do ITI diploma you have to be a minimum 8th class student. Some ITIs have requirement of the 10th class. Since the eligibility is maximum 10th it does not matter

You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. For this Category, if  you belong to General Category, then you will need 575 atleast
